How do I place an order at Norux Home?
- Choose Your Products
Browse our categories and select the items you’re interested in. Pick the quantity and, if applicable, any variations. Click Add to Cart, and the item will automatically be added to your shopping cart. - View Your Shopping Cart
In the top-right corner, you’ll see your cart with the number of items and total cost. To review your cart, click View Cart/Checkout. Here, you can update quantities or remove items. Simply use the Remove or Change/Add buttons and click Update when done. - Proceed to Checkout
Once your cart is ready, click Start Checkout. Begin by entering your name and address. Need it delivered to a different address? No problem—just provide the alternate details. - Select Shipping & Payment
Choose your preferred shipping method and payment option. Double-check your personal details to ensure accuracy, then click Continue to confirm your order. - Order Confirmation
In the final step, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation with your unique Order Number. This information will also be sent to your email for your records.

We’re happy to offer free shipping on most orders! For any applicable shipping costs, these will be calculated during the first step of checkout after you’ve selected your destination country. Please note that for countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply, which are charged separately by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost.

What do I do if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please refuse the delivery and file a complaint with the transportation company immediately. Additionally, contact our customer service at admin@noruxhome.com so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
For hidden damages, notify us as soon as you discover them, but no later than 5 days after receiving your shipment. Your prompt action helps us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Can I cancel my order?
If something isn’t quite right, you can quickly cancel your order emailing us via admin@noruxhome.com as long as it hasn’t been packed in our warehouse yet. Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, it will be shipped to you, but don’t worry - you can still choose to return it if needed.
