Shipping cost and delivery time

We have selected DHL Parcel as our primary shipping partner due to its reliable and efficient service. For certain destinations we offer an express service, operated by UPS or other postal services. The shipping cost for your order depends on the destination, as well as on the order value. Please find all the shipping information for your country in the list below. 

Prices for residents outside the European Union

If you are accessing our website from outside the European Union, or your computer or server is located in a country outside of the European Union, the prices on our website are shown with the VAT/Sales Tax excluded. You pay the applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered.

For orders to Norway, Switzerland, and the UK, prices do not include VAT. However, please note that no additional customs charges will apply upon delivery.

You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. For residents outside the European Union the prices are presented in USD, with the exception of Switzerland, Canada and Australia. Prices in Switzerland is presented in CHF, prices in Canada are shown in CAD and prices in Australia are shown in AUD.

shipping with UPS is only offered when all ordered items are in stock at the
time the order is placed.
